There is a large common deck with gas grill ideal for gatherings. "Your Cottage By The Beach" is just a half block from the Lake Michigan Beach which features concessions, picnic area, mini-golf, and the newly opened North Breakwater Lighthouse. Watch the S.S. Badger carferry sail in and out of the harbor from the Breakwater where you can witness some of the most awesome sunsets. Downtown Ludington is only a few blocks away.
