Ludington is a very quaint little town with tons of charm. Has a great little flower lined Main Street with lots of little shops and good restaurants. Overall the house we rented was a good experience. Only have to negatives to share. 1. The gas grill did not have any fuel making it a little more difficult to prepare our freshly caught salmon. 2. It is now day 14 after the last day of rental and I still have not seen my damage deposit fund yet.

The house was close to town. Quaint home but the claw tubs were an issue. They are very hard to get in and out of. Some grab bars would probably help. The couch in the TV room was very uncomfortable leaving not much comfortable seating room in there. The kitchen had just about everything needed and the beds were comfortable. My only major concern was the tubs, could be an issue for some people.
Great location. Clean home with all the necessities.

Communication with rental management was clear and prompt. Upon arrival, the home was clean and well organized. Plenty of space in all the rooms. Kitchen was well-stocked. Air conditioning worked very well. Quiet neighborhood and close to the public beach.

Wonderful home for us to meet up with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. DIL grew up in Ludington and has always talked about how wonderful of a city is and she was right!! Good location, easy walking distances to the beach and downtown. House was very spacious for the 5 of us and had all the amenities you need. Property manager was great and helped us out with a "locking ourselves out of the house" situation promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the place and management was super responsive.
Great backyard w grill and fire pit made for lots of beautiful nights stargazing and hanging out.
Close to beach and downtown.
Our stay in Ludington was wonderful. The town is charming, the sunsets were epic and the lighthouses were spectacular . The house was exactly as it was described in the listing. The owner provided everything we could possibly require. The home itself was charming and cozy. We had a wonderful stay.
