Loved watching the Badger dock and leave port. The adjacent park and walk paths were enjoyed every day. The sunsets were so awesome.

ABSOLUTLY GREAT!

Nikki and her staff delivered a great rental experience and we will book with West Shore again.
The only creepy crawly's we experienced on our building were the blue shirt work crew that was amazing to watch. Basically at the end of every day, My wife and I tried to identify what single piece of building they managed to install. Their occasional shouting matches helped break up the ambiance of the area birds chirping and helped drown out the Badgers horn on at least one morning.

If Nikki would like a more on this, I would be happy to provide more laughs on the workman. And I thought the Blue Man group only performed in Las Vegas!!!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient and consistent. That’s a hard hand to beat. Looking forward to returning again.

We had such a lovely time in your immaculate, well-appointed condo and can't wait until we can return. Sunsets from the balcony were our favorite, but we also loved that we could walk everywhere in downtown. The State Park was a short drive away and we enjoyed hiking and the changing colors of the leaves. I would definitely recommend this condo and we look forward to when we can visit again!

we couldn't have asked for more. We had a great stay even while staying in because of the Covid-19 situation!

This was a lovely condo, nicely furnished, convenient to everything and very clean. I highly recommend it for a stay in Ludington.

Comfortable, clean, convenient and roomy. First rate in all regards.

This was a great and comfortable unit to make a "home base" with two little kids with the playground and pool just outside and the State Park only a few minutes drive away.

We spent Labor Day weekend at “Lighthouse Watch” and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the condo. It’s a wonderful place with one of the best views in all of Ludington.

love the balcony overlooking the harbor and city park. We spent many hours there enjoying the sights, dawns and sunsets. Spectacular location! Great walking around harbor, neighborhood and two blocks from downtown. Second bedroom has no windows so staying in there one loses track of time. Unit is tan so it is pretty dark unless you open all the shades. Kitchen has everything you need! We can't wait to stay here again!! Welcome the Badger every evening and adieu each evening!

First year in this condo, but not our first time at this complex. My whole family enjoyed our week in this condo, and would definitely stay again.

We have been in this unit for three years now. I feel it needs some work. Paint and carpet are looking pretty bad in the high traffic areas. The cleanliness wasn't the best either. I had to wipe up hair on the floor when we arrived and I found a dirty shirt and socks behind a bedroom door when arriving.

Loved our time at One Ludington Place! The location was perfect, the condo was immaculate and comfortable, and we were within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back next summer!

This is a wonderful condo. Even the beautiful photos on the web site do not do it justice. We have stayed at One Ludington on 5 different occasions. Each condo has been excellent, but this one surpasses them all. The view of the harbor, marinas and Lake Michigan can entertain for hours. The only oversight of this unit is the lack of a TV in the living room. The den and master bedroom have very nice flat panel TV's. Since there were only two of us, this did not impact us. But, if you use the den as another bedroom (kids or another couple), then you are forced to watch TV from your bedroom if the occupants of the den have retired for the evening.
