Arrived late Sunday and found it easy to locate and enter.The condo is well appointed and clean. The kitchen was a joy to prepare meals in.Overall, a very nice space to enjoy some relaxing time.The location is well served by the local Ludington places of interest as most all, from nice restaurants, taverns,ice cream shops and entertainment, as well as the marina and Lake Michigan are all within walking distance. Spending time on the Lake Michigan shore until sunset. Get back to the condo, a little wine, and the gas fireplace,I was in heaven. So relaxing.Zero complaints.I will be staying there again!5 stars!!

Blue Skies condo is our happy place! We stay for a week every August and it is never long enough! The minute we get there we have a sense of calm and immediately are in relaxation mode! We love the location, can walk everywhere - we even put our beach chairs on our backs and walk to the beach, plus to restaurants shops etc. It is a bonus that it's on the first floor with the patio going right out to the pool! We start and end every day on the patio. The owner has the place stocked with everything you will need. This could be your happy place too!

Check in was easy. The young lady that checked me in was very thorough on her explanation of rules and dos and do nots. The condo was very comfortable and had plenty of kitchen items which was nice to see. I look forward to going back next year.

We had a great time. Boating, fishing, swimming, etc.

Great place. So convenient to walk to the shop's,restaurants and parks.

I stayed with some friends at the Ludington condo from 6/7 thru 6/9/2023 and had a fabulous time! The condo is bright, clean and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site very much. The place is just blocks to the beach and as close to great shopping, bars and restaurants. I would give the place 5 stars all around!

We loved the condo and the facility! My teenagers really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.

Very nice condo in a wonderful location. Short walk to town, beach, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Excellent property management. Would recommend and stay there again. The only suggestion is to upgrade the pots, pans and in general, the kitchen supplies and utensils.

Excellent care in booking process!

The property manager supplies timely and clear instructions for access to the unit and parking. The unit itself was very clean and true to the photos on the website. The location is very convenient, being on the ground floor and a hop, skip, and jump from the lovely pool. The underground parking and elevator makes bringing in your luggage and groceries very easy. Beautiful park with great equipment right across the street for the kids, too.

I stayed here in the off-season so things were quieter than summertime. However, the condo is spacious and comfortable and walking distance to everything (beach, House of Flavors, downtown shopping). Having underground parking is a plus. I’ve stayed at One Ludington Place several times in different rental units and gave always had a good experience

Lovely condo in downtown Lundington. Beach is a short walk away, with lighthouse. Restaurants of all sorts are short walks away. Ludington State Park is gorgeous, with dunes all along the highway approaching.

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. The decor makes you feel at home and the family room and deck are perfect for hanging out. Right in town, but the pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort. Enjoyed the kitchen and grilling. Very relaxed vibe!

Great Location.

It is so nice to be able to walk everywhere - beach, parks, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping in interesting stores. The underground parking is a real plus. Have reserved for next summer.

We are a family of six and this condo was great. Beds were comfortable; kitchen was nice, and enough room for all of us. Having the parking garage, open green space, and the pool were an added bonus. The absolutely best part though was the location! Everything was walkable from the condo - the beach, parks, stores, and restaurants. The only part I would change is a little bigger and sturdier outside table. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Really good experience overall. The condo was convenient, kid friendly and clean. A few minor inconveniences (fridge ice maker/water didn't work, bathtub plug didn't work, some carpeting was stained).

From the emails to obtain rental information, through the correspondence to secure the Condo Unit, everything was very smooth. Upon arrival, the checkin and information needed to move in took less than 10 minutes. Parking, underground, was close to an elevator that took everything upstairs to a beautiful Condo. Everything worked. Everything you needed was handy and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The pool and hot tub area was also very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in restaurants, shops, ice creams and fudges, gasoline, fishing charters, beaches, were minutes from the unit. The sunsets were even more beautiful then the picture with the email information. Would definitely recommend the unit, community, and people of Ludington.

We had a great stay in Michigan this summer. The condo was very clean and family friendly.

This is the second year renting this unit. We had a great time.

We had a great time in Ludington and selected a perfect place to spend our vacation. Blue Skies was very room, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. The grounds and facilties are maintained very well, and Nikki was great to work with! We will definitely recommend this place to others!! Hope to be back soon! Love Ludington and our rental made it that much more enjoyable!

This unit had ants, the bedding & rugs weren't freshly laundered, the walls were splattered & chipped, the cookware & knives were insufficient, the ac didn't cool in midday on hot days, the ice machine didn't work, the patio door was hard to lock...this was our 7th year staying @ 1 Ludington place.

We loved the condo. Just a few suggestions that would help: perhaps an info guide to instruct how to use DVD player, internet, and a Cable guide. Also we were unaware that we had to provide dish towels, paper towels, toiler paper, bath soap, dish washer
soap etc. We did buy some but it would have helped to know that in advance. The last thing was the towel rack in the bathroom with the tub is loose and the faucets on the sink were also loose, you may want to fix that. Over all we loved the condo, the pool
and the whole vacation and felt very blessed to be there. Thank you, Michelle Gravelle

We had a great time. Loved the condo and it was a great location. However, the condo's carpet and furniture really need a good shampoo. We tried to vacum, but the vacum bag was full and ready to pop. We washed all the rugs. There were not enough hangers or dish towels. Some lamps/lights were not working (broken or burnt-out). Bathroom sink faucet was broken. Clocks needed new batteries. The condo was dusty and there were cob-webs. Air vents were dirty. No tv guide and tvs were a little small.Ice machine made ice, but did not sipense.

The little things aren't worth mentioning, over all just great.

Blue Skies definitely made our Ludington vacation very convenient. We’ve been coming to Ludington for 10+ years every 4th of July with extended family staying at various locations throughout the city. Blue Skies is well situated across the street from a wonderful park and play area, an half a block away from downtown and walking distance from the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan.
Blue Skies Condo itself was a well decorated condo and the bottom unit was a perfect fit for our family. The pool and surrounding areas were very well maintained and manicured. It would’ve been nice to have had the condo more equipped in the kitchen; with pots, pans, knives, wine glasses and basic kitchen supplies. It made it very difficult to cook a meal.
Lastly, I found some of the newly enforced rules a little over the top; Towels not be hung over the chairs of the patios to dry, balls not allowed in the pool and yard games such as “bean bag toss”, Frisbee, ladder ball or Kids playing good Ole fashion tag on the grass in the middle of the afternoon was prohibited. It’s the condo association’s choice to enforce whatever types of rules they would like. My only suggestion, if these rules are to continue market the rentals as an “Adult Only accommodations”.

My family and I had a great stay at Blue Skies! It was large enough for all of us plus a couple young kids under the age of 2. The park across the street was perfect for our son to play at before bed, and the pool was a great place to visit in the morning before heading off to the beach and downtown. I only wished it opened up much earlier than 10am!!

Overall, our stay was very comfortable. The condo was beautiful and clean. Our children loved the grassy outdoor area and the freedom to safely play. The location was perfect for our low maintenance needs - playground use and House of Flavors ice cream. (It doesn't take much to put a smile on a child's face.)

The condo was nicely decorated, though the glass coffee and end tables were a cause for concern with four small children. We managed by carefully storing the coffee table in a closet for the duration of our stay.

Not having much hot water was also a situation that had to be managed carefully. Baths and showers definitely had to be planned more carefully and spaced out, because we could barely get through two short baths without running out of hot water.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'll be happy to stay there again if you'll have us.

Ground level, walkout to large deck, pool, & gas grills. Very attractive decor, well-stocked kitchen, across the street from Marina, couple of blocks to shopping and restaurants. Nice walk to public beach.

Blue Skies is in walking distance to the children's park, marina, downtown shopping, book store, grocery mart, tons of great restaurants, the beach, and House of Flavors (with the best ice cream ever-- try the Anniversary Cake). After a busy day, you can step outside and relax in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool. Ludington may not be the most happening town our family has ever visited, but it was relaxing and easy, and that's what we want in a vacation.
